How to Prepare
To Do
Prior to September 12th:
- Add any new Bill Pay vendors or modify your existing payments as needed before 3:00pm on Thursday, September 12th. Access to Bill Pay will be temporarily disabled at 3:00pm.
- Schedule any External Transfers to be made through Thursday, September 19th. Access to External Transfers will be temporarily disabled at 3:00pm.
- Make any Zelle payments on or before September 12th. Any payments scheduled after this date will be cancelled.
On Thursday, September 19th
- To ensure you will not be inconvenienced over the upgrade weekend, consider preparing alternative forms of payment (for example, cash) before Friday, September 20th.
- Begin using your new Debit Card at 6:00am. Please shred or destroy your old card. The first 4-digit PIN that you enter when using your card will be the new PIN.
- Complete all mobile deposit transactions by 3:00pm. Mobile deposit will be unavailable through the weekend.
- Download or print past statements before 3:00pm for uninterrupted access to these files.
Upgrade Weekend Timeline
September 19th – Thursday
- Online and Mobile banking will be unavailable beginning at 3:00pm.
Sept. 20 – Friday
- Branches are open for the day with some service limitations, such as the inability to open new accounts.
Sept. 21 – Saturday
- Our Dundee and Blackstone branches are open from 9:00am-12:00pm. Phone assistance is available from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Sept. 22 – Sunday
- Branches are closed but phone assistance is available from 9:00am-1:00pm.
Sept. 23 – Monday
- Download our new mobile app or login to online banking.
- Access Bill Pay, External Transfers, Alerts, Mobile Deposit and Card controls via online or mobile banking.
- Branches will be open with full-service availability.
What to Expect
Routing Number
Dundee Bank’s routing number 104110113 will not change.
Account Statements
- You will receive two statements in September. All customers (including those enrolled in eStatements) will receive a paper statement in the mail with transactions through September 19th.
- You will receive a second statement containing activity from September 20th–30th. This statement will be delivered electronically if you are currently enrolled in eStatements and via mail if you are not.
- There is no need to re-enroll your accounts in eStatements. You will need to consent to electronic delivery of statements when accessing online banking on Monday, September 23rd, however.
- If you previously received statements or notices in the mail, you may enroll in electronic delivery via Online Banking on Monday, September 23rd.
- Historical statements will be temporarily unavailable in Online Banking. For uninterrupted access to you past statements, we advise you to download or print them before 3:00pm on Thursday, September 19th.
Certificates of Deposit (CD)
Your CD number will not change. A prefix will be added to your CD number, however. If your current CD number is 12345 your new CD number might look like 12345-12345.
Loans
Your loan number will not change, unless it is longer than 8 digits. If your current loan number is longer than 8 digits, your new Loan number will be changed to the 8 rightmost digits. For example, if your Loan number is 123456789, your new Loan number will be 23456789. You will now be able to initiate payment to your mortgage from an external bank account through online banking. You may access the new Online Banking and Mobile App on Monday, September 23rd at 10:00am. Regular payments only will be permitted in Online Banking and the Mobile App.
Safe Deposit Boxes
If you rent a Safe Deposit Box at our Dundee or Blackstone Branch, your rental box number will remain the same. The prefix of the account number that appears on your annual statement will change. For example, if your current rental box number is 1 and your account number is 60001 your new account number will be 2000001.
Information to help protect your identity and account information:
- We will never call you and ask for passwords, security questions, or authentication codes.
- We will never send you a link and ask you to click on it.
- We will never direct you to a link other than dundeebank.com
Important Digital Banking, Payments, and ATM changes
Online and Mobile Banking
Consumer and Business customers will now use the same Online Banking login and Mobile Banking app.
HOW TO LOG INTO OUR NEW ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING EXPERIENCE
Starting Monday, September 23rd, login to Online Banking. Your username will remain the same. Your password will be your username plus the last 4 of your Tax ID Number. For individuals, this will be the last 4 of your social security number. For businesses, this will be the last 4 of your EIN. If you are a business owner with multiple EINs, you can contact Dundee Bank to find which EIN to use. When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password.
Online Banking and Mobile App Over Upgrade Weekend
Starting at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 19th, Online and Mobile Banking will transition to a view only mode. During this time, you will be able to view your accounts, however recent transactions will not be reflected in the balance shown.
Alerts
Once you’ve logged into Online or Mobile Banking, you may enroll in Account Alerts to ensure you stay connected and informed.
- You can choose to receive Account Alerts via text, email, and in-app message.
- Changes to username or password, new device login, email address update, and mobile phone number updates will automatically send an Account Alert
Bill Pay
Bill payments that are scheduled in the current bill pay portal prior to September 13th will continue to be paid. No payments will be made from the Bill Pay system between Friday, September 20th and Sunday, September 22nd. Any payments scheduled to be paid on or between Friday, September 20th and Sunday, September 22nd will be paid on Monday, September 23rd. Access to bill pay will become temporarily unavailable starting on Thursday, September 12th at 3:00pm. Bill Pay access will resume on Monday, September 23rd at 10:00am.
- If you have any payments due between Friday, September 20th and Monday, September 23rd, input them into the current Bill Pay system before 3:00pm of Thursday, September 12th.
- If you have any payments dues between Friday, September 20th and Sunday, September 22nd, that cannot wait until Monday, September 23rd to be paid, please adjust your payment date to Thursday, September 12th.
- Payees, recurring payments, scheduled payments, and six months of payment history will be transferred to the new Bill Pay system. Default payment methods for saved payee templates may change. Please verify before sending a new payment.
Zelle
You will have access to Zelle until Thursday September 12th. Please make any payments on or before Thursday, September 12th. If payments are still in a pending status after September12th, they will be canceled.
Dundee Bank will soon offer SPIN as a person-to-person payment option. Look for more information in the coming months.
Internal Transfers
Recurring internal transfers that are scheduled for Thursday, September 19th and prior will post as expected. Transfers scheduled for Friday, September 20th to Sunday, September 22nd will occur on Monday, September 23rd. All scheduled transfers will resume on Monday, September 23rd.
External Transfers
External Transfers will become temporarily unavailable starting at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 12th.You can enroll through Online and Mobile Banking beginning on Monday, September 23rd. Once enrolled, you can link your external accounts. Previously linked accounts will need to be re-established.
Mobile Deposits
Complete all mobile deposit transactions before 3:00pm on Thursday, September 19th. This feature will be temporarily unavailable until Monday, September 23rd, when our new Mobile Banking App is available.
QuickBooks, Plaid, and Other 3rd Party Integrations
- Third party integrations will be temporarily unavailable beginning Thursday, September 19. We will be working closely with these third-party providers to re-establish connectivity in a timely manner.
- Until connectivity is restored, you will be unable to syncnew transactions or validate your Dundee Bank accountsin the 3rd party software.
- Once you are logged into the new online banking system, you will be able to download your transactions for manual upload into these 3rd party software systems (if applicable).
- The Quickbooks/Quicken connection to our new Online Banking environment is expected to be restored by Friday, September 27th. At this time, you will be able to reconnect to Quickbooks/Quicken. For more information, see the documents below.
ATMs
Dundee Bank branch ATMs will be down Thursday, September 19th. They will be back up by the end of the day on Friday, September 20th.
ENJOY FREE ATMS NATIONWIDE AND REIMBURSED ATM FEES FROM OTHER BANKS.
If you have an active debit card that has been used in the past 6 months, you will receive a brand new Mastercard Debit Card in the mail. If you have an active ATM-only card, you will receive a brand new Mastercard Debit Card instead of an ATM-only card in the mail. Your new Mastercard Debit Card can be used at ATMs and wherever Mastercard is accepted. New Debit Cards will include EMV chip and tap-to-pay technology. If you download the new Dundee Bank Mobile App, you will have access to card controls, a digital Debit Card, card alerts, and you will be able to request temporary card limit increases.
- You will receive your new Mastercard Debit Card in early September. Your card will activate and be ready for use at 6:00am on Thursday, September 19th.
- Your card will have lower transaction limits through the weekend. We recommend that you prepare additional forms of payment.
Mobile Wallets
Access to make payments via Mobile Wallets will end on Thursday, September 19th. You will be able to enroll your new Dundee Bank debit card in mobile wallets in the coming weeks. Communication will be provided when enrollment is available.
Treasury Services
Online and Mobile Banking

- When you access Online Banking on Monday, September 23rd, you will be prompted to enroll a device in Out of Band Authentication (OOBA).

ACH Customers
- All scheduled and recurring ACH Payments created in the current ACH system will transfer to the new system as a template. Customers will need to reinitiate these ACH payments or set up the recurring transfers in the new online banking site.
- ACH history will not convert to the new system, so if you would like to save previously sent ACH payments or collections for use in the future, please save them as an ACH Template in the current online banking platform prior to September 19th.
- To convert a previously sent ACH into an ACH Template, click “Copy” on the right-hand side of the previously sent ACH. Edit any information as needed, and then click “Save for later” at the bottom of the page. On the next screen, click “Save as template”, edit any necessary information, and click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
Remote Deposit Customers
- Our Treasury Services team will contact you before conversion to schedule a time to convert your Remote Deposit Scanner to the new system.
- If you have not been contacted or did not respond before September 12th, please email the team directly at treasuryservices@dundeebank.com or call them at (402) 885-8650.
- Because this switch will happen before the conversion date, converted check deposits should not be impacted directly on conversion weekend. If you did not meet with our Treasury Services team before conversion to make this change, your Remote Deposit Scanner will not be activated in the new online banking site, and you will not be able to submit merchant capture check batches until it is updated.
Wire Manager Customers
- All scheduled Wire payments created in the current system will transfer to the new system automatically.
- All Wire history will convert as Wire Templates in the new system. Positive Pay Customers
- Access to the Positive Pay System will be temporarily disabled starting at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 19th. Please enter outstanding checks into the Positive Pay system by Wednesday, September 18th. Any checks entered after Wednesday September 18th will not move to the new Positive Pay System.
- All checks issued and entered in our current check Positive Pay system in online banking will transfer to the new system.
- The previously entered checks will not show as “issued” in our new online banking platform, but if any exceptions occur, those will show in your check exceptions list for approval or denial.
