Dundee Bank is proud to feature Hamilton Heights Child Development Centers, an extraordinary customer making a profound difference in our community. Guided by the committed owner and executive director Adrianne Agulla, Hamilton Heights has evolved from a small start into a robust network of centers. Here’s a closer look at their journey and Dundee Bank’s supportive role in their growth.
“Dundee Bank is a pleasure to work with because they have an intentional focus on serving their community,” Adrianne shares. Dundee Bank helped her finance her initial purchase of Hamilton Heights in 2017 when there were only three centers in Northwest Omaha. Since then, they have doubled in size and expanded to midtown Omaha, Lincoln, and Papillion with the help and support of Dundee Bank.
For every banking need, Adrianne is met with exceptional customer service. “They take a personal interest in my business and interests and many times are anticipating what I might need from them. At Dundee Bank, you’ll have a relationship with a local banker, and many people within the bank will also be working together to help you succeed.”
For anyone considering banking with Dundee Bank, Adrianne emphasizes the benefits of personalized service and local expertise. “Dundee Bank actively works to make their communities better places to live and work, and I really respect that. Things like creating a wiffle ball field in the Sunks and pushing a popsicle cart around the neighborhood on a summer day show the kind of community member that Dundee Bank is.”
Hamilton Heights stands out in the child care industry for its unique approach and deep community ties. “One of our core values is that ‘we can count on each other like family,’ and this extends to the families we serve every day,” says Adrianne. Hamilton Heights offers regular updates to parents, classroom cameras for real-time viewing, and a play-based curriculum that emphasizes outdoor exploration and hands-on learning.
Adrianne is proud of her team’s dedication, which shines through in countless ways. “I am so proud of the team we have at Hamilton Heights, and I’m frequently reminded of this when I hear stories about how they go above and beyond for the children and families we care for. I’ve heard stories of our teachers attending a child’s soccer games on the weekend just to show their support. They’ve gone into our camera system and saved clips of a child achieving a developmental milestone so that we can be sure to share it with mom and dad. They’ve organized efforts to help families when their child has had to have surgery. Most importantly, though, is that they provide consistent love and nurturing during the thousands of little moments throughout the day. Showing up for a child consistently is one of the greatest ways we can build their social-emotional skills, and I’m so proud of the impact our team at Hamilton Heights makes on a daily basis.”
Inclusivity and accessibility are foundational at Hamilton Heights. “When you work with young children, this is so important. Children are naturally inclusive and curious and can learn so much from one another when their environment fosters this. We believe that every child is unique with his or her own set of gifts and development timeline. We also believe that the relationship a child creates with his or her teacher and school family are at the foundation of their learning. Getting to see the world through the eyes of young children is a remarkable privilege.”
Hamilton Heights is a testament to what can be achieved with the right support and a steadfast commitment to community values. Dundee Bank is proud to be part of their journey and looks forward to seeing their continued growth and success.
