- What do I need to open an account in person?
To open a personal account, each account owner will need two forms of identification, one being a government-issued photo ID. You will need an opening deposit. Further items may be needed for some accounts. Please contact us with questions prior to coming into a branch.

A typical personal account takes about 10 minutes to open.

Currently, online account opening capabilities has been disables as the process is getting an upgrade. We anticipate this feature will be available in the coming months.
- How do I sign up for Personal Online Banking?
Go to our secure online banking portal, select Sign Up and follow the steps. You will need your account number, SSN, zip code and email address.
- What features are available through Online Banking?
In Online Banking, you will be able to see account balances, history, and images. You can access statements and year-end tax documents. You can perform transactions like internal and external transfers and one-time or recurring loan payments. You can manage card controls like turning your card off and on. You can also set notifications for things like transaction postings, low balance, and upcoming payment reminders.
- What’s the difference between app and desktop login for Online Banking?
The app will allow you to use your fingerprint or face ID for easy access. Desktop will require username and password entered for each visit.
